• Our inside staff is eager to help you, whether it be a water chemistry question or technical advise about your pool or spa.
• Every effort is made to help you with your question. There are times that we may not have the answer but every effort is made, while you are here, to assist.
• We offer a complete line of FOX Chemicals and Marquis Spa Chemicals to keep your water clear and inviting
• FREE computerized water testing—just bring us a pint of your pool and/or spa water and we will be happy to test it for FREE.
• Our chemical line is specially formulated for your pool and/or spa and is balanced to help you save money on required chemicals
• Both stores have beautiful in-ground pool displays for your inspection
• Our line of Marquis Spas are displayed so that you can see for yourself what makes Marquis the spa for you
• Bring a towel—we invite potential spa owners to “test soak” in a spa. It does us no good to tell you how nice our jets feel, you need to “try it on for size” you wouldn’t purchase a pair of shoes without trying them on, would you?

SERVICE:

• If your pool or spa requires service you are only a phone call away. Our service dispatchers make every effort to schedule your appointment on the first available day. When we give you the day we will be there that day
• There are times that a service call is not needed. Through a series of questions we have found that many situations can be corrected over the phone.
• Our service techs make every effort to rectify the problem on the first call. Multiple calls frustrate us as much as the customer.
• Please keep in mind that we have been selling and installing pools and spas for over fifty years. There are times of the year that we can not respond as soon as you may think, but the only way we have survived for FIFTY PLUS YEARS, is to keep you up and running.
